All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. Aerostem Technology does not store or process any banking, card, or UPI details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped through third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location or external factors. Aerostem Technology shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
No cancellations or refunds are permitted once an order is shipped, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Product Warranty Policy.
6. Warranty
All products are covered by a limited 7-day warranty against manufacturing defects only, as detailed in our Product Warranty Policy. Damage due to misuse, modification, or improper handling is not covered.
7. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for proper and lawful use of products, including compliance with DGCA and Indian aviation regulations for drone operations. Aerostem Technology is not liable for misuse or unsafe operation.
8. Intellectual Property
All products, designs, software, firmware, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Aerostem Technology Private Limited. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
